What we do

Wildlife work for roofs and attics

Every job begins with the same inspection. What comes after depends on the animal.

  • Bat exclusion

Dusk watch, one-way valves, sealing and a written report.

    Bat exclusion
  • Squirrel exclusion

Openings found and closed with metal, one-way door fitted.

    Squirrel exclusion
  • Raccoons and other roofline animals

Starlings in a vent, a raccoon in the chimney. Same inspection, same method.

    How we exclude
  • Repairs and caps

Fascia, soffit, vent frames and chimney caps, done by our own carpenter.

    How we exclude
  • Attic inspection

A biologist walks the roof and attic and writes up what is there.

    Book an inspection
  • Cleanup of droppings

Quoted separately from exclusion, after the animals have left.

Scope

What we do not do

We would rather say so now than at the door.

  • Dogs and cats

We don't take in or remove pets, loose or stray.

  • Poison

We don't use poison baits for bats, squirrels or raccoons.

  • Mice, rats and insects

That is another trade. We can point you to one.

  • Roof replacement

We repair the roofline. A new roof is a roofer's job.

Not sure which one it is?

That is what the inspection is for. Book one and we will tell you what we find.
