Questions we get before the first call
How much does it cost?
It depends on the animal, the number of openings, the roof's height and pitch and the repair. We write one figure after the inspection, before any work starts. See how pricing works on the home page.
When can you start?
The inspection is the first booking. The work depends on the season and on whether young animals are present. We tell you the dates when we inspect.
Will the animals be harmed?
Our method is exclusion. They leave through a one-way door and the openings are closed. We don't poison, and we follow the state's wildlife rules.
Do you trap?
Rarely. Where trapping is allowed and called for, we say so in the estimate and explain why.
Do I have to be home?
For the first visit, someone needs to let us into the attic. After that, most of the work is on the outside.
What about cleanup?
Cleanup of droppings and insulation is quoted separately, after the animals have left.
What if they get back in?
If an animal gets in through an opening we sealed, we come back and re-seal it at no charge for one year. Terms: it doesn't cover new gaps, storm damage or openings we didn't repair, and the terms are in your written estimate.
Do you handle mice, rats, wasps or bed bugs?
No. We can tell you who does.
Where do you work?
Boise and the country around it, as far as Glenns Ferry. The full list is on the home page.
Still not sure?
Call or book an inspection and we will answer what is left.
